The Downs at East Stroudsburg
Great racing, food and exciting times at The Downs at East Stroudsburg, where a themed sports bar and giant screen televisions allow you to never miss a moment of the action. Simulcast racing, thoroughbred and harness, taking place day and night from throughout North America. Handicapping contests are held on the first Saturday of each month. The Downs at East Stroudsburg is located off Exit 309 on Route 80 in the heart of the Poconos.
